Miami Beach preconstructions condos are on the rise. The areas being most impacted are the South of 5th and Mid Beach neighborhoods. One drive through either area and you can’t miss all the changes taking place. It’s an extremely exciting time for Miami Beach condo owners and also for buyer’s as more projects are slated to come.
Miami Beach preconstruction condos are giving South of 5th street that last push it needed to be a complete neighborhood. After a lot of mismanagement and bad contracts the Miami Beach capital improvement project is nearly complete. This project installed new storm drain systems, lighting, landscaping, brick paver cross walks and freshly paved streets. The timing is perfect because this project will be completed well before the completion of the new buildings.
321 Ocean is going up nicely and it’s happening fast. In addition, the old hotel at 3rd/Ocean has finally be demolished and plans have been announced for luxury condos in a midrise building. It will be quite an asset to Miami Beach. Glass is going up well and the window installation has begun. Buildings such as 1 Ocean and Marea are also moving at a nice pace.
In Mid Beach the Faena District project is really starting to transform the area. The Edition hotel/condos are set to open by Art Basel. There will be an ice skating rink and other extremely exciting amenities for residents and guests.
